College got a prestigious capacity building grant under DBT Star College Scheme, Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of ST,for the department of Botany and Zoology under the coordinatorship of Dr. Rekha Arya. Grant was meant to strengthen the UG science department. College got instruments meant for hands-on experiment in molecular and microbiology exercises.
